"Rally Point Retreat is the Canadian Premier Peer Support Facility, sitting on 320 acres of mostly wooded paradise. The main lodge is 6700 sqft consisting of communal areas, a library, a media room, and two guest bedroom suites; one with two queen size beds and an ensuite with shower, and the other with a king size bed and a double/twin bunkbed, with a shared full bathroom.
Amenities include numerous areas to sit and chat, read, listen to music, do art, exercise, and play games such as ping pong, pool, and darts. There is also a large kitchen that provides home-cooked meals, as well as board games for guests to enjoy."

Peer support is emotional and practical support between two people who share a common experience, such as a mental health challenge or illness. A Peer Supporter has lived through that similar experience, and is trained to support others.
